Bookings and Payment
We operate a one person per pole policy for our classes and courses and this means that once each pole is taken in a class no one else can join. Bookings are therefore essential for all classes and courses, and the earlier you book the better! A deposit always is required in order to reserve your place.
COURSES:
For all courses, a deposit of at least $50 is payable upon booking and the balance is payable 2 weeks prior to the course starting date. See course description for all our course prices. Cancellation: Deposits are non-refundable. 14 - 21 days notice full refund given excluding deposit of $50. However you can transfer your deposit to another course at this point if there are places available. Less than 14 days notice - No refund or transfer.
CLASSES:
The full amount is payable upon booking your class. See class descriptions for the various class prices.
Cancellation: More than 48hrs notice - transfer of class / workshop payment. Less than 48hrs notice - No refund or transfer.
