Taste TeasersThis is an introductory session that combines a little taste of everything we offer, that is available to anyone interested in coming along to Pole Divas. Your instructor will give you a demonstration of exotic dance and pole work, answer questions about our various different classes and allow you to give all our styles a try. POLE POWER (Static or Spinning)A 45 minute intensive sports specific workout designed to get you fit for the art of pole dancing. The major concentration will be on strengthening the muscles most used when performing pole tricks which will include lifting your own body weight, isometric exercises, stability training and core strengthening. This class is great for those wanting a whole body workout. LENGTH: 45 minutes |
POLESATIONSThis is a fun class for those who have never tried pole dancing and would like to give it a go or for those who cannot commit to a course but love to pole dance! Suitable for beginners. The concentration is on sexy dance moves combined with basic pole tricks that are put together in a raunchy routine that is different each week. This class is great for those doing one of our courses to get in some extra practice.

POLE FLEXThis class is designed to extend your flexibility, loosen your hips and improve your extentions and lines. If you want to work towards the splits, high kicks and impressive back bends, this is the class for you. Learn to use the pole as your stretching partner, and add the extra 'wow' factor flexibility can bring to your dancing. Suitable for all levels of flexibility.
