Where can we go to eat/drink afterwards?
Pole Divas Prahran is located off busy Chapel St, between High St and Commercial Rd. There are heaps of restaurants, bars and clubs to choose from within walking (or strutting!) distance from us. Pole Divas Mornington is located at the end of Mornington Main St, so great restaurants, bars and clubs are only a 5 minute drive away.
What is in the Pole Diva’s Party Pack?
Without giving away all surprises, it is full of fun naughty adult novelties (eg: fluffy handcuffs), and Pole Divas merchandise including a garter for all hens. Contact the studio if you require more detailed info. Value approximately $60.
What is in the Pole Diva’s shop?
Our studio shops have a range of Pole Diva clothing perfect to wear while you are dancing, or to take away as a souvenir. We have shorts, hot pants, singlet tops, t-shirts, and fun items such as Pole Divas pink fluffy coolers. You will also find sexy stilettos, boots and even pole dancing high heeled runners.
Girls Night Out
What should we wear?
If you can, please bring a pair of shorts, sexy high heels and a spare top. Gripping the pole with your legs is an important part of the art of pole dancing, as is strutting and swiveling in heels. As you are moving around a lot we recommend the spare top to put on so your clothes stay fresh if you are planning on going out afterwards.
If you like, we are happy to keep a bag of your clothes at the studio and you can come and pick them up the following week. All rings, bangles, belt buckles and dangly earrings must be removed to avoid damage to the pole and yourselves. We have tape to put over any rings that won’t come off! Please do not put any moisturizer or oils on prior to coming as it will make the poles slippery and could cause injury.
Can anyone take part on the day?
Yes, all women have a sexy goddess just bursting to get out, even the older, or more conservative, or self proclaimed uncoordinated among us! Men may participate if you wish, but it is more fun without them! If you have any girls under 18 wanting to come along, you will need to talk to Management prior to the day. We highly recommend pregnant women do not participate in the pole dancing section, but can do the rest if their doctor has cleared them to exercise.
Can we buy or bring any alcohol?
Pole Divas functions are held in funky dance studios, not in a licensed venue. It is recommended that your time here is the beginning of your day or night out. You will receive complimentary champagne upon arrival to calm any nerves, and then you are kept very active learning challenging and fun pole and exotic dance routines. Extra alcohol is not appropriate as you are participating in an exercise program.
Can we bring food?
The package goes for 1.5hrs which is action packed, not leaving any time for eating. Going out for a meal at the end of your function is recommended. Coming to a pole dancing session on a full stomach is not!
Can people come and watch that don’t want to participate?
No. This is a girls night out, so it's a must that you all join in!
