Bookings and Payment

What times can we book?
We want to make sure your Pole Divas experience fits in with any other activities you may have planned for your special day, or more importantly you have time for a cocktail or two afterwards! You can book your function on Friday evenings, Saturday afternoon/evenings and Sunday afternoons.  If your function falls during the week, we can cater for your function to take place before 5.30pm or after 9pm on evenings Monday to Thursday.

How do we book?

We're really glad you want to hold your special event with Pole Divas!  All you need to do is decide which Pole Divas studio you would like to hold your function at and give them a call, studio contact details can be found here. They will discuss the event with you and help you find the perfect time to hold it.  This time can be held tentativley for you for approximatley 10 days, less if your booking is soon, after which we will ask you for a deposit to confirm your night of fun with Pole Divas! Once paid, you will be sent a confirmation letter in the mail with the receipt for your deposit.

Please be aware that popular timeslots book out quickly, sometimes weeks in advance. If you contact us and only make enquiries about available dates and times, this will not guarantee you get that time. You must tentatively book the timeslot which involves us getting all your contact details, and discussing a confirmation date.

How much is it and how do we pay?
Pole Divas 1.5hr studio function package costs $35 per head, with a minimum requirement of 10 people. The deposit is $350, which covers 10 people. This can be paid by credit card over the phone, by Cheque or money order, EFT, EFTPOS or cash. Please discuss your preferred method of payment with one of our Pole Divas when you book. Our Pole Divas need beauty sleep so there is a $50 surcharge for late functions starting at 9pm or later. 


Do you need exact numbers to book?

We understand that it is difficult to tie down all your busy Divas, so we don't require the confirmed number when you make your tentative booking.  We will contact you 3 - 5 days before your event to get the confirmed number of your party...after all, we need to know how many glasses of Champagne to pour!  Our events are so popular we know that all your friends will be begging to come along, so if you end up with extras on the day they can be paid for when you arrive.

Cancellation Policy
More than 4 weeks notice given: You can have a refund or transfer (to an available time) of your deposit excluding a $100 cancellation fee. 
Less than 4 weeks notice given: No refund or transfer of deposit.
