Shopping online means you are unable to try clothes on prior to purchase.
We have supplied this sizing guide to help make things easier for you
in Australia and internationally.
As we are all different shapes and sizes and have individual tastes as
to how tight or loose, long or short we prefer our clothes to fit, we
cannot guarantee your garment’s fit. Please refer to our exchange
policy if you’re unhappy with the size.

Pole Dancing Gloves Sizing

To decide which size would be best for you, measure around your whole hand at the point indicated onthe image above. The length around your hand is the measurement you need when looking at the sizing chart. Please remember that the gloves are meant to be tight fitting.
What is the Exchanges Policy?
For exchanges to be accepted, products must be unused and unworn, with
their product labeling and packaging intact and in its original
undamaged saleable condition.
For hygiene reasons we do not offer exchanges or refunds on underwear, swimwear or jewelry.
It is your responsibility to send the products back to us. Please
include the packaging slip order number that you received with the item
and send to:

Make sure to indicate the product you wish to exchange the original product for.
The parcel is your responsibility until it arrives at our warehouse, so
we strongly advise you to send it via a traceable form of mail and/or
insure it appropriately. Delivery charges are non-refundable on
exchanges.
There is a $10 administration fee payable on all exchanges.
You will also be responsible for payment of postage to mail the new product to you.
The charge for return postage will be as per Australia Posts charges.
We will contact you to advise postage cost and organise payment of admin fee and postage prior to
sending.
Pole Divas must receive returns and exchanges within 30 days of their original delivery.
What is your Returns Policy?
We only refund your money or give replacements when items are defective.
It is your responsibility to mail the item back in its original undamaged condition to:

Include the packaging slip/order number that you received with the item and indicate the reason for the return.
If we find the item faulty, we will credit you via your original
payment method, excluding the original delivery, or replace the item.
Pole Divas must receive returns and exchanges within 30 days of their original delivery.
Please allow up to 3 weeks for your return to be processed.
For hygiene reasons we do not offer exchanges or refunds on underwear, swimwear or jewelry.
Can I change my order?
Pole Divas pack and ship your order as soon as monies have been received.
If your order has not been processed by the time you request the change,
we will be happy to change it. Once it has been processed then any
alterations will be processed in accordance with our Exchange policy.
The item I want is out of stock. What happens?
We endeavour to keep the online store as up-to-date as possible; however,
there will be occasions when some items sell out. If this happens we
will call you or email you to discuss when or if that item will arrive
and whether you would like to change your order or obtain a refund.
When I received my order it was incorrect. What should I do?
Please contact us directly.
Can I cancel my order?
Pole Diva Sales, Studio 3/22 Cecil Place, Prahran VIC 3181.
Pole Divas pack and ship your order as soon as monies have been
received. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours. There is a $10
administration fee on all cancellations. If the order has not been
shipped, you will be refunded the price of the item including delivery
LESS a $10 administration fee. If the order has been shipped, refunds
are not available unless it is defective.
I haven’t received my order yet. Where is it?
All orders received will normally be dispatched within 3-5 working days
after your payment has cleared. Orders are sent via Australia Post so
please allow enough time for packing, dispatch and postage. If there is
a problem with your order preventing us from dispatching, we will
normally contact you within 1 to 5 days of the order being received.
If you still have not received your order or received notification after
14 days then you must contact Pole Divas. Once we learn an order has
not arrived by estimated date we will lodge enquiries with Australia
Post. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from
late delivery.
It is your obligation to enter the correct address details at the time of
ordering. If you enter the wrong address we are not obliged to re-send
the order to the order to the correct address at our expense.
Can you ship to my country?
Available countries are displayed in the online store as you proceed through the
payment gateway. The online store will automatically calculate the
postage for your destination.
I’m not going to be in when you deliver my parcel. What will happen?
Australia
Post will leave you a card informing you that delivery has been
attempted. On this card will be instructions on how to obtain your
parcel. For international orders this will be dictated by the postal
delivery in your country. Please check directly.
I haven’t received my refund/exchange. Why?
We try to process our refunds/exchanges as quickly as possible, however
sometimes it may take up to 3 weeks from when we receive your return
for it to be processed. Depending on your nominated bank you are with,
refunds take 3-10 working days to reach your account.
The item I received is faulty or incorrect. Do I have to pay to send it back to you?
If you received the wrong item, or the item is faulty, we will reimburse
you for the cost of posting it back to us. Please send the item back by
regular mail and include your postage receipt with the item. We will
not reimburse for express postage.
