Straddle Conditioning

This casual class has been created to help you develop the strength you need to get those legs up and over and nail that straddle! Straddles are among the hardest things we teach at Aerial Divas, and they can be a real sticking point for our course students. Straddle Conditioning will teach you the tricks and techniques you need to master straddle mounts, spinning straddle mounts and more advanced straddles. This class is open to current course students only, but we recommend all Aerial Divas try it out.

Advanced Pole Conditioning

This class is designed to get you strong for advanced pole tricks and is suitable for high intermediate level students both static and spin. Work on shoulder mount prep and strengthening, backwards climbing, handspring and Ayesha strengthening and more! Learn drills and techniques to help perfect those nemesis tricks and simply improve your lines to assist with smooth transitions and exits on and off the pole. Advanced Pole Conditioning is great strengthening for your core, hamstrings/hip flexors and your upper body. Follow it up with a nice big stretch! Open to Advanced students and above!

Pole Conditioning is the perfect way to get fit, strong and conditioned for pole dancing...and life! This intensive class is an invaluable part of any pole dancing regime. This intensive sports specific workout includes strength training for upper and lower body, isometric exercises, stability training and core strengthening plus a fun dance routine. Suitable for all levels!

Core Conditioning

Abs of steel…washboard abs…crazy core strength…watch out world! Core Conditioning is an intensive strengthening class all about abdominal, trunk & core strength. Your instructor will guide you through 60 minutes of tummy tingling strengthening exercises on and off the pole to work your abdominals, obliques, glutes and back muscles. Ideal for strengthening the core to benefit both pole and hoop courses. Core Power is a great complement for our flexibility classes.

Morning Madness Pole Divas

Morning Madness

Pole Divas Boot Camp comes to Pole Divas Moonee Ponds! Join Stace as she takes you through 3 classes per week of intense, circuit pole based training to get you super fit and strong! Morning Madness runs early mornings Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays...with a focus on either upper body strengthening, lower body strengthening or flexibility on each day! Results are recorded so you can track your progress. Getting up early is an amazing way to boost your metabolism and see the ongoing effects of fat burning throughout the day!

Fly Gym

Aerial Yoga...Divas style! The fly gym is a soft material sling that hangs from the ceiling and can be used for a variety of flexibility and strengthening exercises. The support of the Fly Gym allows you to relax into deeper stretches that will assist you with your active flexibility training. Get relaxed and limber during this 60 minute full body flex class! As well as working on improving strength and flexibility you will learn some fun inversions, other aerial yoga poses and even flips! Finish it all off with a zen cocoon relaxation experience.

Flex and Flow is a stretching class that will help improve your pole dancing lines, extensions, fluidity and transitions between tricks. This class starts with a light warm up and a range of stretches that flow together. Emphasis is put on correct technique when pointing toes, extending the legs and engaging muscle areas. Learn a fluid routine in this class that changes each time to keep you on your toes...literally! Suitable for all pole dancing levels.

Stretch Technique

This casual class is a more intense, specialised stretch & conditioning class to work deep into the main muscle groups and enhance the overall range in flexibility. Stretches are held for longer to reach extra depth with an emphasis on breathing to get length and will include active stretches to build strength in students’ flexibility. Each class will focus on a particular area of the body for example, back and shoulders or, hips, glutes and hamstrings.

Pole Moves

Open to all levels, Pole Moves is our dance-based causal class where you will learn a variety of basic movements on, off and around the pole. Put all the movements together in a fully choregraphed routine that you will learn with your instructor. If you're a "no tricks kind of girl", and want to increase your cardio, then Pole Moves is for you. You don't need any dance or fitness experience, you just need an open mind to dance your heart out. Open to all levels, from brand new beginners to elite!

Lyra Basics

A fun aerial dance class designed to teach you new hoop skills and a routine! This lyra class is perfect for beginners!
