Once you have mastered beginners spin, every student must be prepared for the challenges of intermediate by completing Intermediate Prep! This level will focus on building strength and stamina to nail and refine your invert, incorporating a series of conditioning and drills to do so. Learning leg hooks, hangs and back crucifix throughout the term, as well as learning new shapes and putting fun spins combinations together. The term will consist of four fun routines that will be taught within the eight weeks as well!

Our beginners static pole course is designed for women with no prior pole dancing experience at all...and there is no fitness level requirement, anyone can join - and you can start at anytime! This course teaches you pole tricks that start easy but will have you climbing, spinning and even going upside down! Unleash the Advanced Diva within as you are introduced to new tricks and transitions on the pole in our Advanced Static Course! Learn new grips and ways of moving around the pole in longer combinations as you really start to build your stamina and endurance. Each week build on a full song routine to music and as well as learning amazing dance moves and dynamic spins!

Refine your flow by freestyling to different music each week and build your strength and stamina with strengthening drills that will help make those aerial sequences a breeze!
Challenge yourself with sensational new aerial combinations using brand new grips and transitions! Learn impressive flips and tumbles and dance it out every week in a full song choreographed routine. Build your endurance and all over body strength while refining your technique in this high level pole class.
Take your spinning abilities to new heights with the A3 Spin course which incorporates different grips, tricks and combos! Working on skills barefoot and also in heels, students will expand their repertoire as they learn techniques to help them master the transitions and tricks in this course.
Learn astonishing tricks and transitions including the latest crazes taking the pole world by storm! Our Instructors stay up to date with what’s hot in the pole world and will teach you the trending tricks as well as working on good foundations and technique. Spinning tricks, combos, and new transitions as well as drills to maintain the strength for excellent movement quality. Students are encouraged to compete at an amateur and Semi Professional level in competitions all around the country!
Elite pole is designed or those who have mastered all the tricks in our static pole courses and are in our higher level spin courses. High level and gravity defying holds, spins and trick combinations plus a full term routine. Focus on lines and fluidity of tricks and transitions in our ultimate level! We encourage our Elite students to compete in amateur and semi-pro competitions to show a broader audience how incredible they are...and to challenge our students to be the best!

Experience in Dynamic spins e.g. Swing Spin (Rag-doll / twisted back grip)
New to competing or need some help to get that extra something? Students will learn how to approach and develop the process for creating a competitive pole dance piece. This includes theory, structure, physical training, mental training, comp requirements and how to best achieve that well rounded sparkle unique to you!
