Studio Hire at Pole & Aerial Divas

COMPETITION SPACE AT RESERVOIR

Enjoy the luxury of having the studio to yourself with Pole Divas Reservoir dedicated competition space. The studio features 2x stainless steels pole and 2x brass poles that are regularly changed according to competition season. The competition space is the best place to train your upcoming routines for competitions such as Pole Addiction, Unleashed or Miss Pole Dance Victoria or Miss Pole Dance Australia. Studio Hire $60/hour

Due to the numerous lockdowns in Victoria, our awesome team at Mornington set up an incredible space for outdoor lyra and pole play.

COMMERCIAL STUDIO HIRE

Pole and Aerial Divas studios are available for hire by qualified pole or dance instructors for commercial purposes to hold their own classes or workshops in.

Hourly Studio Hire for Instructors

  • COST   $100 per hour to Pole/Aerial Divas.
  • TERMS  Hire fee to be paid upon booking the studio.  No refund if the booking is cancelled within 24 hours of the hire time.
  • BOOKINGS & ENQUIRIES All enquiries and bookings are handled by the instructor directly.
  • CLASS PAYMENT All monies are paid directly to the instructor.  There will be no access to Pole Divas merchant facilities
  • PROMOTION All promotion is the responsibility of the instructor.
  • INSURANCE Upon booking the studio hire, the instructor must supply a Certificate of Currency for public liability insurance.
  • CONDITIONS  Pole/Aerial Divas reserves the right not to accept the booking dependant on the type of class it is for, if we believe it isn’t suitable for our studios.

Guest Instructor Studio Hire for 1.5-2 Hour Workshops 

  • COST Pole/Aerial Divas retains $25 per head of the amount charged to each student. The cost per head needs to be agreed upon by both parties. 
  • TERMS Pole/Aerial Divas will pay the instructor within 48 hours of completion of the workshop.
  • BOOKINGS & ENQUIRIES Pole/Aerial Divas will handle all enquiries and bookings.
  • CLASS PAYMENT Pole/Aerial Divas will handle all payments from students for the workshop via our online booking system, over the phone or in person at the studio reception. 
  • PROMOTION The instructor should supply us with imagery (photo & video) to be used for promotional purposes. We will assist in promotion of the workshop through avenues such as our website, social media pages and in-studio posters.
  • INSURANCE Upon booking the studio, the instructor must supply a Certificate of Currency for public liability insurance.

Studio Hire for a Photo or Video Shoot 

  • COST  $100 per hour
  • TERMS Hire fee to be paid upon booking the studio.  No refund if the booking is cancelled within 24 hours of the hire time.
  • CONDITIONS  The use of the studio hire must be communicated with Pole Divas when making the booking. Pole Divas reserves the right not to accept the booking if it is deemed a conflict of interest with the Pole Divas group, or not in line with our branding guidelines.
  • If the imagery created in the hire session is used on-line, Pole Divas studio is to be credited. The studio must be left neat and tidy and all equipment put back where it was originally. E.g. lights, mats, etc.
