Join professional hula hooper Hanne for her signature workshop as she shares her knowledge of circus style hula hoops with you. Begin the class with a whole body workout as you learn the foundations of hoop splitting, concentrating on rotations around all different parts of the body. Next test your coordination while you learn a whole range of manipulation tricks for all levels including different rolls and flourishes.
