Sophie started dancing at the age of 4 and studied a variety of styles including ballet, jazz and contemporary. She went on to complete a Bachelor of Creative Arts (Dance) in 2012 and thought of herself as a contemporary dancer - until she discovered pole in 2017 and it took over her life! She started lyra the following year to add to her aerial repertoire. In addition to her contemporary, lyra and pole experience, Sophie is also a registered yoga teacher. She loves helping her students gain alignment and anatomy awareness to get past fear and limiting beliefs, and approaches her teaching from a place of humour and with a goal to make movement fun and accessible to every body.

From the moment Jessica walked into her first pole moves class she knew she wanted to be apart of this amazing and supportive community and explore this incredible form of fitness. "I fell in love with pole dancing and it's community instantly. It's such a great all over work out that really focuses on femininity and body positivity. My favorite moment has to be when the whole class erupts in cheers and applause when one of the students finally nails their nemesis trick... so much love!" Afters taking a few years off to travel the world Jessica returned to Pole divas to rebuild her strength, flexibility and work her way up to instruct. Jess wants to share her love for pole with her students and help them fall in love with themselves, make amazing new friends and achieve things they never thought possible through this incredible form of fitness and dance.
